Get your 7 to 12 year olds active with Mini Water Polo
Improve swimming skills

Swimming is essential for Mini Water Polo. Every sessions is split into three equal sections. Swimming practice, core skills and game play.

Develop water confidence

As well as developing throwing, passing and communication skills. Children will also learn to tread water and build water confidence

Be part of a team

Teamwork is the most important aspect of Mini Water Polo. Children will learn key team skills.

It’s GREAT FUN!

Mini Water Polo is great fun for boys and girls. What is better than playing in a swimming pool throwing a ball in a goal!

We are a member of the worldwide Swimming Teachers Association (STA) and have Swim Star Swim School status.

We’re serious about safety

Drenched is fully insured, we always have a lifeguard present, all staff are DBS/CRB checked and we have health and safety policies and procedures in place.

Matt learned to play water polo at Worthing Swimming Club under the guidance of Alastair Roberts, who has produced a number of junior and senior international players. As a junior Matt captained Sussex before, in 2001, he became the first Worthing player in over 90 years to represent Great Britain at any level. He has played at senior level for Invicta, Penguin and Worthing in the British Water polo League.

Anthony has been swimming since an early age and moved to Water Polo at the age of about 14. In recent years he has resumed his Water Polo involvement, playing and training as a member of Worthing Swimming Club. Tony is a qualified Lifeguard and has an ASA Level 1 & 2 award for Teaching Aquatics. He has two young children who keep him very busy when he’s not teaching
