Where: Arundel Lido, Arundel
When: Thursday 18th May, 6pm to 7pm, so we aim to be ready on poolside at 5.55pm.
Please bring the following:
· Swimming costume
· Towel
· Swimming hat for long hair (optional)
· Swimming goggles (optional, but recommended)
Location
As mentioned the session is at Arundel. We do have the whole pool so we will try to split the group into shallow and deep end classes. The pool is located here:

Session
The session will be split into three sections. We will do an initial swim test and then some swimming and treading water with the children. We will the move onto learning about ball, doing some passing and shooting skills. Finally, we will play some games at the end, we will spend approximately 20 minutes on each section.
